For this reason, we highly encourage momineen who have deposits in Qardan Hasana to not withdraw the money but rather apply for Qardan Hasana and receive dual barakat – you will continue to receive sawaab from your raqam being given out as Qardan Hasana and you will receive the barakat of receiving Qardan Hasana.

Momineen who pay sabeel with Dallas Jamaat and in good standing are eligible. Moreover, you must not have an active Qardan Hasana payment and have no outstanding dues with Jamaat.

No. The Central and local schemes work together to try and provide maximum barakat for momineen. Applying in both places for same purpose will generally slow down your application in either place.
